Here’s a music-based video I have of my favorite recent movie “The Burning Plain,” directed by Guillermo Arriaga and starring Charlize Theron and Kim Basinger. Filmed in Oregon, New Mexico and Texas in late 2007 and early 2008 , the film’s last link Arriaga storylined feature film of its kind in the cinematography and directorial debut. The Burning Plain “is the story of many different people, separated by a period of time – Mariana, a 16-year-old girl tries to piece together the shattered lives of her parents in a Mexican border town? Sylvia, a woman in Portland who must undertake emotional odyssey to burnish a sin from her past, Gina and Nick, a couple who deal with a clandestine case, since both married, and Mary, a girl needs to parents find redemption, forgiveness and love. The song “The Lost Get Found” by Britt Nicole, because throughout the film, although a feeling of hopelessness and guilt raging from each of the main characters, you feel that there is also a great chance of hope. If a family drama of many species, there are many important issues and details to see and I recommend this film to all those who had their own theater with their families.
